All orders shall be shipped either standard ground service or rush overnight. Please indicate. Also please any special instructions, such as RUSH delivery needs, packaging or required delivery dates, in the dedicated text box upon checkout. All merchandise orders will leave our facility within 48 hours. All related shipping charges will be charged as incurred to both corporate and personal orders.
Delivery Expectations:
Ground Service: Maximum 5 business days.
RUSH Service: Next business day delivery.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If damaged goods are received and/or contain manufacturer's defect please contact our order desk for return authorization. Goods returned for any other reason must be in the original condition in which they were sent within 30 days of ordering. A 15% restocking charge may apply to products not returned in their original condition.
